Here in the wood panelled parlour, preserved in all its original glory, we bring a spectacular sequence of vibrant courses to the meticulously laid tables. The world in three menus, all with an unmistakeable signature. Created by Tomek Kinder, cooked as a team. The Regional menu: A celebration of local products, and a personal interpretation of cherished farmhouse recipes. The Vegetarian menu: A strong, independent cuisine rather than an alternative option. The Creative menu: Brings the world to the table and gives wings to the soul and the senses.

And there’s always a surprise in the offing from the kitchen and the wine cellar, 6 metres underground. This is where we hunt out our personal treasures, and pair them with every dish. By the glass or by the bottle. We are always delighted to tell you more about the winemaker and the terroir – even the tales of how we discovered our wines is a story worth telling.
