By preference, we prefer to reach out for rare wines from South Tyrol and beyond. Burgundy, Franciacorta, the Wachau... We have a particular predilection for outsiders, and for winemakers whose idealism changes the shape of their world. You’ll find them all here in the Steinbock cellar, which has been making people happy since the days of the Counts. We store over 800 labels here in our Gothic vault.
