Fine dining in the truest sense of the word. Set against the majestic backdrop of the Dolomites, at an altitude of 2,000 metres, top chefs from South Tyrol come together to present an extraordinary open-air gourmet experience. At the Ansitz Steinbock’s very own alpine hut on the Villandro mountain pasture, host Elisabeth and head chef René Tschager invite you to a culinary event you won’t soon forget – supported by friends whose ideas and creations are sure to impress.
We’ll meet at 10:00 a.m. at the Gasserhütte hut and hike together to the Fuchsalm mountain pasture, where a refreshing aperitif awaits. From there, the experience continues with an exclusive line-up of South Tyrol’s most celebrated chefs, who will welcome you with their signature dishes. Each chef is paired with a winemaker who will serve carefully selected wines to match each creation. The entire event is accompanied by live music, adding to the unforgettable atmosphere.
