Since 1750, guests have been coming through the doors of the “Stainbock Wirtstafern” to savour the tastes of homemade specialities. Today the Stain, younger brother of our award-winning kitchen, is tasked with serving you up culinary delights large and small in the Defregger Stube. Classic canederli bread dumplings and homemade pasta. Freshwater Alpine fish and Villnösser Brillenschaf, Slow Food Presidium meat from our own herd. We value and respect raw ingredients, select them with the greatest of care and know our suppliers by name. We believe that this is the embodiment of Soulful Food: Eating good food with a clear conscience.
In good weather, we serve on the garden terrace.
