Redefining the borders of taste and cuisine: For the “4 Hands Dinner” event in the Defregger Stuben dining room, two virtuoso chefs will be uniting their talents: Dávid Rózsa, awarded a Michelin star for his cuisine at the Restaurant 1910 - Gourmet by Hausers at the Hotel Belvedere in Grindelwald, and award-winning chef Tomek Kinder who, together with his young kitchen team at the Ansitz Steinbock, bring together hand-selected ingredients with the highest of skill together to create soulful food that brings joy to the heart and palate. Look forward to an evening where every course narrates its own story, created by two culinary masters who share the same wavelength, both in their professions and as friends.
Our culinary performance begins with an aperitif at 7 pm on the garden terrace, and continues with a 7-course menu with wine pairings. This exclusive evening is accompanied by select wines from the Kurtatsch and Pfitscher wineries and vintner Fenja Hinz.
