We serve our hotel guests a 5-course Alpine dinner in the Courthouse Stube or on the garden terrace. With ingredients from our own lands, vegetables from our own farms just a few metres away, garden lettuce, wild herbs... every bite is pure soulful food. Sun-ripened tomatoes, mouthwatering consommé, Angus beef from our own herd. When dining at the Steinbock, you’ll notice with joy just how well everything is coordinated to your pace, with a friendly manner and served with a smile. If you decide to stay a few days longer, we’ll be delighted.
