A vineyard quest to discover our head sommelier Bastian’s favourite wines. During this group excursion to two of his favourite wineries in South Tyrol, you will have the opportunity to talk with the winemaker and sample the magnificence of these sublime wines yourself during a tasting session. When you return to the hotel, you can enjoy an even more up-close and in-depth journey into the world of South Tyrolean wines, paired with outstanding speciality cheeses hand-made by Hansi Baumgartner, South Tyrol’s top cheese affineur.
