Special #11: Truffle week

The best of truffles have found their way to the Ansitz Steinbock, where they are raining down on Head Chef Tomek Kinder and his team’s culinary creations. Hard to come by as they are, truffles are a prized ingredient indeed for our award-winning cuisine: their intense, distinctive aroma infuses our fine-dining menu with a magnificently unique touch. Paired to perfection with rare wines from the Steinbock cellar, fine-palated foodies will experience heaven on earth during our Truffle Week.
